Layer 1 blockchain project Defx has completed a $2.5 million seed round of financing, with participation from Pantera Capital, CMT Digital, gumi Cryptos Capital (gCC), Baboon VC, CoinShares Ventures, Robot Ventures, and Polygon co-founder Sandeep Nailwal. The new funds are intended to support the construction of a decentralized exchange optimized for perpetual contract trading.
