ProCap BTC, a Bitcoin treasury company, has submitted an S-4 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, seeking to apply for a merger with Nasdaq-listed company Columbus Circle Capital Corp I (BRR). According to information disclosed in the application documents, the company's 4950 bitcoins purchased in June of this year have currently yielded unrealized gains of over $60 million.
