Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC) of Singapore announced the launch of a $1 billion blockchain digital US dollar commercial paper (USCP) program, supported by JPMorgan's Kinexys Digital Assets platform and Digital Debt Service application. The first six-month term notes have been issued, and the funds raised will be used for general purposes.
