On September 19th, according to the official announcement, the vote on implementing a penalty for delayed upgrades from MKR to SKY has officially begun. If the vote passes, starting from September 22, 2025, all operations upgrading from MKR to SKY will be subject to a 1% upgrade penalty. Subsequently, the penalty for delayed upgrades will gradually increase at a rate of 1 percentage point every three months.
