On August 27th, according to the official blog, Lido DAO has introduced an "on-chain delegation and representative incentive plan" through Vote178 and Snapshot voting. The plan establishes a public representative platform, simplifies governance processes, increases participation and decision transparency. The pilot representative incentive plan, which lasts for six months, will provide a total of $150,000 worth of LDO tokens to incentivize active representatives who meet the criteria.
