Cobie said she never thought Echo would be acquired by Coinbase, but now it has become a reality. The Echo platform will temporarily remain independent, but will integrate the Sonar public offering product into the Coinbase system, and may open up a new channel for entrepreneurs to connect with investors, while creating investment opportunities for investors to access the Coinbase ecosystem.
