It appears that the Bhutanese government address has once again sold 160.35 ETH through an OTC trade.

November 28th, according to Onchain Lens monitoring, the Royal Government of Bhutan has just once again transferred 160.35 ETH to QCP Capital (approximately $48.3 thousand), and may continue to deposit more funds, or may be selling ETH through OTC trades.
