MANTRA, a blockchain project focusing on the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), has announced a new Layer 2 blockchain in collaboration with decentralized data infrastructure provider Inveniam Capital Partners. Inveniam and MANTRA stated that this new Layer 2 blockchain is specifically designed to "drive the management and utilization of private real estate assets." This Layer 2 blockchain aims to target AI and DeFi ecosystems and will provide underlying technical support for the management and utilization of commercial real estate data. Currently, the commercial real estate industry is one of the asset classes with the lowest transaction frequency globally, but with one of the richest data contents.
